Shipping & Delivery

1. Processing & Production Time

Samra Knots products are handmade, with some pieces kept ready to dispatch and others made or finished after an order is placed.

Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. This allows time for your piece to be made, finished and carefully prepared where required.

Orders that are already made may be dispatched sooner.

Custom orders, larger pieces or larger quantities may require additional production time. If a longer timeframe applies, we will let you know.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• United Kingdom
• United States & Canada
• Selected European countries
• Australia & New Zealand
• Selected GCC / Arab countries

Available destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is not currently available, please contact us at hello@samraknots.com and we will let you know whether we can ship to your location.

3. Shipping Carriers

Orders are sent using trusted delivery services such as Royal Mail, Evri or DPD, depending on the destination, parcel size and service required.

Tracking information will be provided where the selected delivery service includes tracking.

4. Estimated Shipping Times After Dispatch

The following estimates apply after your order has been dispatched:

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 5–8 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–8 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 business days
• GCC / Arab Countries: 5–8 business days

Please remember that these shipping estimates are in addition to our standard 3–5 working day processing/production time.

As a general guide, this means the estimated total time from placing your order is approximately:

• United Kingdom: 5–9 working days
• Europe: 8–13 working days
• United States & Canada: 8–13 working days
• Australia & New Zealand: 13–21 working days
• GCC / Arab Countries: 8–13 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, local postal services, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. 

5. Shipping Costs

Our standard shipping rates are:

• United Kingdom: Free standard shipping
• Europe: £8.50 flat rate
• United States & Canada: £12 flat rate
• Australia & New Zealand: £16 flat rate
• GCC / Arab Countries: £16 flat rate

The applicable shipping charge will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

Delivery times are estimates, and occasional delays can occur, particularly with international deliveries.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@samraknots.com. We will check the available tracking information and help investigate the delivery.
