1. Processing Time (Production)

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your macramé order to be crafted before it is ready for shipping.

• Custom orders or large quantities may take longer; if so, we will contact you with an updated timeline.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the UK, United States & Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand, and selected GCC / Arab countries.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on your location and order weight. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Costs (Flat Rates)

We aim to keep shipping simple and fair with flat rates:

• United Kingdom → Free Shipping
• Europe → £8.50 flat rate
• United States & Canada → £12 flat rate
• Australia & New Zealand → £16 flat rate
• GCC / Arab Countries → £16 flat rate

The final shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

6. Customs & Import Taxes

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that you may be charged customs duties, VAT, or import taxes once your order arrives. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to help track it down or offer a solution.
